RETURN & REFUND POLICY

 

Thanks for shopping at The Lipstick Journey. We pride ourselves on having great products with equally great customer service. That service includes making sure that every person that purchases products from us has a great experience, even if that means having to return something to us. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help!

 

RETURNS

 

As a TLJ customer, you have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date that you received it. The process is simple. All you have to do to start your return is fill out the below form and click "send." We really want to know why you have chosen to return the product so that we can continually improve. Upon receiving your email, you will be automatically registered in our system for return and refund. We will send you a prepaid shipping label.

 

REFUNDS

 

Once we receive your item we will notify you regarding the status of your refund within 3 business days. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment and will include the product cost only. We do not refund the original shipping cost.
